Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After giving up gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness competitions at the age of 16. When she was 17, she won her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish college. She came back in 2015 and continued from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years following her debut and set herself new goals each year. In 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance to get her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Ariel was competing against the very best. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel's top body part to train includes her lower back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with the machine as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to working out. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
